Below are the detailed terms for returning or replacing your Montbold products:
1. 15-Day Worry-Free Return Policy
Montbold offers a 15-day worry-free return policy that allows ample time to evaluate your purchase. We are confident in the quality of our products and encourage customers to test our bags upon delivery. If you are not completely satisfied, we provide flexible return and replacement options.
1.1 Seven-Day Automatic Return or Replacement
- 1.1.1. For the first seven days after delivery, you can request a return or replacement through the My Orders section of your Montbold account without contacting customer support.
- 1.1.2. You can easily initiate a return or exchange process if the product does not meet your expectations. We recommend placing the request as soon as possible to take advantage of our automated return window.
- 1.1.3. The return or replacement process is seamless during this period, and you will have peace of mind in deciding if the product is right for you.
1.2 Return Requests After 7 Days
- 1.2.1. If you return the product after the 7-day automatic window, you must contact our customer support team to request a manual return. Fill out the return form provided, and our team will assist you.
- 1.2.2. Upon approval, Montbold will issue a return reference number and a tag that includes the return address and other important details. This tag must be placed on the original packaging.
- 1.2.3. The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to our designated warehouse using a registered courier service. This process applies if the return request is made after the 7-day return window.
2. Return Conditions
- 2.1. The product is unused and in its original condition.
- 2.2. All original packaging (including dust bags, boxes, tags) must be returned.
- 2.3. Once the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, you will receive communication regarding the acceptance of the return.
When sending the product to our warehouse, the customer will be responsible for shipping-related tasks along with the cost of shipping.
3. Refund Process
- 3.1. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed at our warehouse within seven business days of the product’s receipt.
- 3.2. The refund will be issued using the original payment method used during the purchase, and you will be notified once the refund has been finalized.
4. Replacement Policy for Defective Products
- 4.1. If your product arrives defective, you can request a replacement within the 7-day automatic return window via the My Orders section.
- 4.2. Once the shipping vendor picks up the defective product, we will initiate the dispatch of the replacement luggage. The entire process is typically completed within 7-10 business days.
- 4.3. Please note that the replacement shipment will only be processed after the defective item has been returned and the Return to Vendor (RTV) process has been initiated.
When sending the product to our warehouse, the customer will be responsible for shipping-related tasks along with the cost of shipping. However, once the product is inspected and approved for replacement, Montbold will bear the cost of shipping the product back to you.
