• Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It should be unworn or unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Return Process: To initiate a return, simply contact us at javed@montbold.com. We will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label, if applicable. Please note that returns should be sent to the address provided by our customer support team.
• Exceptions: While we strive to accommodate all returns, there are certain items that cannot be returned. These include perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards. If you have any concerns about the eligibility of your item, please reach out to us for clarification.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
